Healing instructions: (No wrap)
-The day you get your tattoo and the day after rinse with warm water for a full 10 minutes in a shower, not a bath. Do not wash with a loofah or rag.
-Wash with antibacterial soap (dial preferred)
-dry with a clean paper towel
-lotion twice daily (breakfast and bedtime) with a name brand non scented lotion. Do not pick or scratch the scab,
-Keep bed sheets clean during the healing process
Things to avoid:
-do not touch your tattoo unless your hands are freshly washed
-no sunlight for 3 weeks
-no hot tubs, lakes, rivers, oceans, saunas or pools until it heals
-do not touch pets and then touch your tattoo, do not let pets sleep with you until the tattoo is healed
Healing instructions with Recovery: (wrap, a natural and vegan bandage with adhesives)
-I will apply your first wrap, if you have a big piece you might be supplied with a second wrap to apply yourself. If so, take off the old wrap by pulling it right against your skin under warm running water, slowly pull it off, stretching it like a command strip. Wash your tattoo with soap and water. Let it air dry, then apply a new wrap to your tattoo.
-leave the wrap on for 3-5 days. After 3-5 days, start to apply a very thin layer of name brand unscented lotion
-plasma buildup is normal in the wrap, which is a liquid underneath your wrap. If any of your wrap starts leaking, take it off under warm water immediately. This means it has torn and bacteria can get underneath
-If you start to feel or see red bumps please take it off, this is an allergic reaction. If you get an allergic reaction, this will not compromise your tattoo. Continue to lotion with name brand unscented lotion in very thin layers until it is healed.
